Temporary Employment – a secure working relationship

What is temporary employment?
Temporary employment has nothing to do with part-time employment.
With us, every employee signs a written contract (usually for an unlimited period of time) with the usual benefits such as retirement-, health-, unemployment- and accident insurance, paid holidays, continued pay in case of illness, legal protection against dismissal, etc.

Temporary employment companies provide work with social security. We are an employer and we loan our employees to other companies for a limited time. Our employees have the chance to gain experience in a number of different workplaces. Nevertheless, they have a permanent job. Even though our employees carry out their work in various companies, their employment contracts are only with BESTA .

The Advantages and Disadvantages of Temporary Work
The temporary employment company also has to pay the employee, even when he/she is not working. For employees, this is a clear advantage over constantly changing and searching for new jobs. In the employment contract, a temporary employee has exactly the same rights and obligations as other employees. Temporary employees have to make social security contributions and pay income tax, so that their coverage is guaranteed, as it is for every other employee.

Before signing this sort of employment contract, you should really consider all of the advantages and disadvantages. There is a wide variety of work, but this also means that you won’t always be working with the same set of regular coworkers. Furthermore, it can require changing job locations on a regular basis.

Social Security!
Temporary employment businesses are just like normal employers. They have written contracts with their employees. The same terms apply to temporary employees, e.g. retirement-, health-, unemployment-, and accident insurance, occupational safety standards, dismissal protection, etc. Temporary employees have the same right to paid holidays, and continued pay in case of illness or when not working. BESTA is a member of the employers association of medium-sized personnel service providers (Arbeitgeberverband Mittelständischer Personaldienstleister(AMP).
The collective agreement concluded between AMP and CGZP also applies to BESTA.
